STEVE PENLEY, a long time friend and supporter of the GA National Guard Foundation, donated a patriotic painting to the Red, White & You Online Auction Event on December 9th! He was able to make an in-person appearance during the LIVE portion of the Event with John Loud, Emcee. It was great to spend some time with him and we so appreciate his time and talents!
